Hello out there. Our Fall issue is now posted in all of its glory. Take a peak at our musings on Super Nintendo with Guy Picciotto, our Nickelodeon-themed travels through Paris, our love of seared ahi, our profile of painting and exercising mastermind John Kilduff and of course, some good ol' fashion music reviews. Thanks for reading. We'll see you in a few months.

Summertime and the living is well, easy. Since we here at Forest Fire like to take lyrics to heart, we'll be living it up in the 90 degree heat instead of publishing our hands to the bone. In the meantime, our Spring 06 issue is finally uploaded and ready to be perused. Topics range from a stealth art campaign and the shelf-life of Taco Mesa's salsa to the merits of independent record labels and Belle and Sebastian's uncanny ability to travel through time. So as you're sitting on your porch sipping a mint julep (or mojito si ud. quiere), enjoy our latest issue.

Our next issue is in the works, so hold tight. In the meantime, we've been having some technical problems with the site, so bear with us for any broken pages or crazy text or perhaps even dancing hampsters. You never know.

The second issue (our first on the UCI campus) is out and flying off the racks faster than we can distribute them. Or so we like to think, anyway. You can check out our Interviews with New York Punk Rockers (and occasional puppeteers) Japanther and the consistently amazing These Arms Are Snakes. We have also posted more Reviews and Features. Check out our exposé on Urban Outfitters or our first Food Review on the amazing Wheel of Life Resturant. If you have any comments or questions, email us at forestfiremag@gmail.com

    Rock On!

Issue 1 is uploaded to the web! Browse Reviews, Features and Interviews. The printed version is also complete and ready for printing, now we just need to find a copy center to scam. If you can help us at all, let us know!

Also were starting to collect content for the next issue, if you would like to contribute anything or have a cd you want reviewed click on Contact.

    Cheers all.
