Bad Dudes are pretty sweet they are like math,-prog-Nintendo -punk. but not like any old math-prog-Nintendo-punk really effing good math-prog-Nintendo-punk. you should listen to them on their myspace (or live in LA at a place like the smell) at myspace.com/baddudes if you haven’t already been blown away. The Pope is another sweet band doing the distorted bass with drums thing. Think Lightning Bolt or Death From Above 1979 but more chaotic and from LA. It comes on pink vinyl with kick ass Nintendo inspired artwork. killshaman.com
