I have to admit - sometimes I smoke cloves. It’s not just the taste of cloves that I like, though...that 5-10 minute head rush can be quite relaxing. I guess you’re not suppose to inhale cloves, they’re full of fiberglass that cuts up your lungs, and they contain tobbaco. Not that smoking pot is good for you either... When I first put this album on, the first few minutes of it made me smile. But besides the Johny Cash cover, the album is a mediocre atempt at two-tone/island/emo (yeah, thats right, nearly every song is about Willie’s heartache). To be honest the best songs on here are the covers. Maybe If he would have stuck to that theme it would have come out better. So besides the inital smile and the unquestionable palattability that makes it accessable to a wide array of audiences, On a scale of schwag to chronic ... I’d rate it a clove. Sorry, Willie maybe next time - but keep fighting the good fight. www.norml.org
