These recipes are often too complicated to follow, but they are fun to read.
Recipe: put half-pound walnuts in a baking tray. Coat walnuts with honey. Heat oven to 275F. Bake coated walnuts for 15 minutes. Stir and turn the walnuts. Bake for another 15 minutes. Stir, and turn. Keep on another 15 minutes (total 45 minutes.) Take the tray out, and cool it down. Serve when the coating becomes crispy. Store the rest in an air-tight container. Otherwise, the honey-coat will soak the vapor in the air and loses its crispiness.
1 Bag of sweet rice flour, 2.5 cup milk, 3 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, 3/4 cup oil, 2 teaspoon baking powder. 350F in oven for 45 minutes or until it becomes brown.
