Below are Microsoft Word documents teams must fill out and submit at certain points during the competition.To download the documents to your computer please do one of the following:
PC users: Right click on appropriate form link below, select Save Target As then hit the Save button.
Apple users: Download the document to your desktop by holding down the control key while your mouse cursor is over the appropriate form link below.
