FLEX Developer/Designer Intern This is a paid internship opportunity for a FLEX Developer/Desginer with an up-and-coming software company based in Irvine, CA. This is a one month plus project with possible converting to permanent full time employment. Work hours are flexible. Summary: The FLEX Developer/Designer will partner with both the design and development team members to deliver an engaging, user-friendly FLEX/Actionscript UI for the company's analytics software.Job Requirements:
Requirements: Completion of a majority of coursework toward a Bachelor of Science degree program, in a relevant technical discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology is highly desired, but equivalent experience may be considered as well. Experience with Flash/FLEX development required. Technical Skills: * MUST be strong in Actionscript 3. * MUST be strong in object-oriented principles. * MUST be strong in the Adobe FLEX Builder 3.0 IDE. * Strong understanding of XML. * Familiarity with web service interaction. * Ability to strategically architect re-usable components. * HTML, CSS and Javascript skills experience are desirable. General Skills: * Strong communication skills. * Strong ability to gather/clarify business requirements. * Excellent organizational, problem-solving, debugging and research skills. * Ability to self-motivate/manage, learn software quickly and willingness to keep up with internet technology. * Experience with charting data in an interactive and engaging manner. * Experience with modeling interactive UI navigation patterns.How to apply:
