Job Description:
This position functions as a member of a Client Services team involved in the overall goal of providing high-level deliverables to clients under general supervision from senior Consultants, Managers, and Partners. A Consultant contributes in all aspects of providing client deliverables, from inception to completion. This position serves as a representative of the firm, with a high potential for client exposure. A consultant must be capable of working independently and providing innovative ideas in a team-oriented environment that promotes individual effort. A Consultant is expected to exhibit an interest in career advancement within the firm. - Serves as a contact to clients and professionally represents the firm. - Creates, maintains and utilizes databases and spreadsheets to enable the development of charts, graphs and other supporting documentation for presentations and other client deliverables. - Reviews documents and data to support key assumptions and test hypotheses. - Researches issues and prepares synthesized information. - Develops charts, graphs and other documents using research and analysis skills. - Prepares and organizes clear, concise and logical written documents. - Thoroughly analyzes problems and presents informed solutions. - Communicates effectively with all levels of staff.Job Requirements:
- Requires a minimum of an undergraduate degree in a related quantitatively-oriented or technical field. - Requires the ability to develop analysis based on research. - Requires the ability to grasp the overall goals of projects and how they relate to deliverables. - Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and motivation in completing tasks and in being accountable for their work. - Requires the ability to handle short deadlines, work well under pressure and prioritize multiple projects. - Requires excellent written and oral communication skills. - Requires excellent research skills. - Must be thorough and detail-oriented. - Requires strong analytical skills. - Must be able to understand the fundamentals of the pharmaceutical industry. - Requires excellent computer skills, including familiarity with technical software programming in languages such as Java, R, SQL, and the like. - Requires the ability to function well in a dynamic client service environment as part of a team. - Handles complex delegated assignments with minimal guidance. - Requires the ability to be resourceful and creative in approaching work related challenges. - Requires the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.How to apply:
