The Department of Computer Science at UCI is the largest of the three
departments that make up the Donald Bren School of Information and
Computer Sciences—one of only a handful of schools in the world
dedicated exclusively to this domain of research and education.
With 37 full-time faculty members, 200+ graduate students, and over 400 undergraduates, we provide a world-class research environment spanning not only the classical areas of computer science, but also highly interdisciplinary programs, such as biomedical informatics, data mining, security and privacy, or ubiquitous computing. more »
