Dr. Mark's research examines the usability of leading edge collaborative technologies including a collaborative hypermedia authoring system, an electronic shared workspace, an application-sharing mechanism, and collaborative virtual environments. Her research interests also include collaborative information visualization, requirements analysis, and technology adoption.
