RESEARCH INTERESTS:

Dr. Przulj's research includes the analysis and modeling of large real-world networks. The current focus of her interest is biological networks, with an emphasis on protein- protein interaction networks. She is interested in practical and theoretical problems in various areas of systems biology, proteomics, planar cell polarity, cancer informatics, chemo-informatics, and graph theoretic problems arising from these applications. She is also applying her techniques to other network domains, such as social and technological networks.
