Dr. Suda's research is in computer networks and distributed computing systems; his interests span the entire spectrum from the design and performance evalulation of these systems to their actual implementation. His current research focuses on applications of biological principles and large complex system principles onto networks, high speed networks, next generation Internet, ATM (Asynchronous Transfer Model) networks, object-oriented distributed systems, and multimedia applications.
