Orientation will begin promptly at their designated time. Please take traffic conditions into consideration.  Students who are more than 15 minutes late will be required to sign up for another orientation date.

REQUESTING AN EXCEPTION
Students who have an extenuating circumstance and who absolutely cannot attend orientation on campus may apply for an exception to be absent. Please note that exceptions are granted only for very specific reasons.

Requesting an exception is done on the sign up sheet.  An academic counselor will contact you within 5-7 business days via email to let you know if your request has been approved or denied.

If the exception is granted, you will be required to watch a pre-recorded webinar before enrolling in courses.  Since the webinar is not live, academic counselors will not be available to answer questions or help you enroll in courses during the webinar.  Therefore, it is HIGHLY recommended that you attend orientation on campus.
