He graduated from San Bernardino Valley College with an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting, and is currently attending California State University at San Bernardino to obtain a Bacheleors degree in management information systems. My term in office began in nineteen ninety seven and will continue thru ninety-eight year. As tribal chairman I plan to lower the unemployment rate and increase the standard of living. In order to do this I will implement "Operation Jump Start", which includes training and retraining potential workers. Most of the training will be in the booming technical field. The program will be operated by volunteers only, so it will not cost the tribe any money. In addition I will oversee and monitor legislative issues, tribal administration, economic development, and tribal businesses. I will preserve our culture, justice, and peace.
