PF-NFS pcnfsd server

The PCNFSD server not only supplies the PCNFS daemon, but the authorisation service needed to grant the client PC full access to the shared file space. When madeleine is down, the shared file space is no longer available, so no authorisation is needed, and any PCNFSD server will be adequate. In this case, NSF\NETWORK.BAT does not request a particular PCNFSD server.
