       Manuals are on shelves.  Supplies EMS and extended memory management,
       probably better than Microsoft's HIMEM.SYS or EMM386.SYS; also 
       evaluates many combinations of arrangements of resident programs
       and special drivers, to minimise their usage of the low 640K.

       UCSD Pascal-originated features.
       Was obtained against the possibility that some conversion of ETC
       tools to C might be required, though the Centre opposes such
       conversion while any means of using Pascal remains.

  C:\TPTC -- Another automated converter of Pascal to C, this one 
       specialised for Turbo Pascal (which version would need to be 
       checked before any use).
  C:\NETPSYS -- local copy of the minimum possible number of essential
       p-System virtual volume files, normally obtained from the network.
       This is to let the p-system remain available even when the net
       is down or inaccessible.
