Type "ftp ganesh.cs.caltech.edu" and log in as "anonymous",
entering your email address as your password. Then set your
working directory by typing "cd pub/arvo" and set the mode to binary by
typing "binary".
Within pub/arvo files are sorted into three further subdirectories:
code, data, and papers.
A file called INDEX in the papers subdirectory lists all the
papers and course notes that are available through anonymous ftp.
Currently, all files are compressed with "gzip",
the gnu compression utility.
After fetching the files, you can decompress them on a unix machine with
