Current Work

I am currently working as a graduate student researcher with Padhraic Smyth and Bogi Andersen to learn rules for epigenetic markers of cell-specific gene expression. In the past two years, I have also investigated different methods for the analysis of time series microarray data, and am also interested in methods incorporating time series microarray gene expression data with DNA sequencing data for transcription factors of interest.
