Conversation-killer?

Fabio and I had hoped that our functional requirements draft would spark
discussion, not kill it. Now that people are back from other meetings, what
do you think? Or does the silence indicate agreement, so that we should
push this into Internet-draft form and go onto the next stage of work?
(Somehow I don't really think so....)
