Here is Minh's schedule for the rest of the quarter. These hours are subject to pre-emption if he has to attend demos at these times. And, of course, these hours are not held on University holidays.
Tuesdays 1:00 - 7:00 pm All hours are in ICS364. |
| 10/20 |
We've got demo times together for phase one, so time for you all to sign up! Send your team name and your top three preferred demos times (from those listed below), given in priority order (first choice, second choice, third choice) to your reviewer -- that's Alex or me. If you do not recall who your reviewer is, see the entry for 10/16, below. If your group cannot make a listed time for your reviewer, send a note to your reviewer explaining the problem and suggesting times you can meet. We will try--but cannot promise--to accommodate. Please respond today if at all possible. Once we hear from our groups, we'll send out a schedule of demos. All demos are in the ICS 364. Minh will not be holding office hours during those times when demos are held (thus revisions of his posted tutoring schedule, below, may occur).

PostgreSQL has very recently been updated to version 8.3.4 (from 8.3.3). I checked, and the changes are basically all bug fixes; there's no feature or command changes from 8.3.3. So, all references to 8.3.3 in the FabFlixs project write-up (and elsewhere) can be taken as references to 8.3.4 with no conflict. (In fact, as you noted in class today, the postgres site has changed links to 8.3.3 documentation to point to 8.3.4 doc.) When I have some spare moments, I will change the text '8.3.3' to 8.3.4' in the FabFlix write-up (and anywhere else as necesary). The TA's preferred email address has changed since I printed out the copies of the course reference distributed in class today. You can find the new, preferred contact info on the Course Reference web page. We should be able to announce the TA's office hours next week. |
