"Obscurium per obscurius" is a Latin phrase that I ran across a while back that means "[explaining] the obscure by means of the more obscure". I think that it encapsulates my conversational and expository styles rather well...those who have met me (or even read some of the lyric commentaries to be found here, I imagine) tend to agree. Eventually I should break the habit, I suppose, as my enjoyment of linguistic convolution does tend to impede actual communication. Nevertheless, it's something that I enjoy when talking to someone that can appreciate (and understand!) it.
