Lowell Trott received a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.S. in Mathematics  with a minor in Physics from Loyola Marymount University in 2008.

He is currently a Computer Science PhD student at the Donald Bren School of Information and Computer Sciences, University of California, Irvine.  He is working with the Theory Group under the advisement of Dr. Michael T. Goodrich.

Current research interests include geometric and graph algorithms, particularly those applicable to social network analysis.
