in his zip archive, including the MS Word (.doc) file.

The only thing that has changed is that the archive file is called
Fjeld.zip on my Web site vs. the generic, cscw.zip that Morten had
originally named it.

Copy all files in cscw.zip into a directory with the following name:
"C:\Assistenten\Fjeld\Journals\CSCW on activity theory and design"
(reason: Word only allows absolute links to external images)

The word-file, "fjeld et al.doc", contains images in three different modes:

1) Directly embedded in the document, no other files.

2) Links to external images. The links correspond to the file names
   (but not the figure numbers). The files may be tif, jpg, or gif.

3) One of the images is only availabe as PowerPoint: Figure 15.ppt.
(There is a second PowerPoint, Figure 17.ppt, however this is already
embedded in the Word-file).
