This test case has been taken, with permission, from the collection
of test buckets for VisualAge C++ for AIX and for NT compiler.
It is used to test acceptance of MS VC++ compiler extensions.

1. test2.c uses Microsoft Visual C++'s __cdecl keyword.  How
does the parser handle this?
