This test case has been taken, with permission, from the collection
of test buckets for VisualAge C++ for AIX and for NT compiler.

1. This test case contains a number of VA C++ compiler extensions
(_Optlink, _System, __stdcall, __cdecl, and _Pascal).  How does
the parser handle these unusual keywords? 

(Note: These are typically used when compiling on Intel processors,
hence the overlap with some Microsoft Visual C++ extensions.)
