My area of intereted is in Software Engineering, focusing in software comprehension, software design, and tools that facilitate source code understanding and communication. So far, I've been working with my advisor, Susan Elliot Sim, in MRSG and Expertise Study projects. MRSG is a plug-in for the Eclipse that provides a set of tools for working with GXL language such as an editor and data mediation services between
GXL and various local format of reverse engineering tools. The Expertise Study projects is an empirical study on differences between expert and novice software engineers in their information seeking and problem solving required in various software engineering tasks.
