RESEARCH INTERESTS:

Professor Yu's research focuses on developing statistical methods and computational tools for the analysis of biomedical and other data. Her current research includes genome-wide association analysis, haplotype-based analysis, and the study of gene-gene and gene-environment interactions. She is also interested in imputing missing data, and using machine learning tools such as graphical methods to understand gene regulatory network and genetic pathway.
