3.26 oemolostream

class oemolostream

The OEChem oemolostream class provides a stream-like abstraction for writing molecules to files, streams or standard out (std::cout). The oemolostream maintains the format and flavor of the writer used when writing molecules. It also manages gzip compression of the output stream.
