4.11 OEAssignResidueNumbers 

void OEAssignResidueNumbers(OEMolBase &mol)

This function assigns sequential residue numbers to the residues of a molecule, as currently ordered in the OEMolBase. The residue number is stored in the OEResidue property associated with each OEAtomBase.
