4.26 OEChemGetRelease 

const char *OEChemGetRelease()

Return the release name of the OEChem library being used. This currently returns a value ``1.0'' for the production versions of the library, and ``1.0 debug'' for the checking version of the library. See also the OEChemGetVersion function.
