4.95 OEMDLHasIncorrectBondStereo 

bool OEMDLHasIncorrectBondStereo(const OEMolBase &mol)

This function checks whether the wedge/hash bond assignment of the molecule is inconsistent or ambiguous. This function requires that the molecule have 2D co-ordinates.
