Getting Started
To begin you will need:
You will need to unzip the virtual machine, inside the folder is a virtual machine image (or vdi), make a note of where this is saved as you will need this later.
If you need help installing VirtualBox, click here.
Once you have installed VirtualBox, open it and you should see the "Oracle VM VirtualBox Manager" screen (shown below).
Now you are ready to Setup the Virtual Machine!
