Beginning with your first team meeting! (no later than October 8, 2001)

Maintain as a link or links from your team web page, or if necessary, on paper, a log of team meetings that contains the following elements:

• Team Name
• Date
• Time Began
• Time Ended
• Attendance List
• Purpose of the Meeting
• Minutes of the Meeting
• Topics Discussed
• Open Issues
• Questions Asked/Answered
• Individual Assignments

If two or more sub-teams meet at the same time, make separate log sheets. Log sheets are expected to be about 1 to 2 pages. Most likely, the log will be in list form.
